In this instance, bigger is better
Next week is Micro Week on Curbed so before we dig into all of the awesome tiny spaces around Seattle we figured it was a good time to take a gander at the grandiose homes that take up as much space as they possibly can. As you might imagine, this includes a lot of the city’s most expensive listings, including Capitol Hill’s Sam Hill Mansion ($15M) and the recently-listed Webster Point mansion that comes in asking $14.8M. It’s probably not surprising either to find a few old classics on Millionaire’s Row that made the cut. That’s just how they built’m back then. Believe it or not there’s even a Downtown condo that made the cut, though it’s an undeveloped floor that’s been on the market for over nine years, so, don’t get too excited.
Check out the map below and start wondering whether or not you could accumulate enough stuff to take up all that space.
